This is a pretty silly question but I am totally clueless about grad school application timeline.
I graduate next fall. I am not sure when I need to take the GRE, or how many months I should spend studying for it. I think my fall semester is going to be pretty busy, so I’m not sure if I’ll be able to get good GRE studying in.
I also would like to take the LSAT. I’m a computer science major—is that insane? It seems like there could be interesting opportunities for a lawyer with a degree in computer science, but I haven’t been able to find much information about this.
Finally, re: law school: How high would my LSAT scores need to be to get scholarships? I’ve heard people say that law school doesn’t usually give scholarships; is that true? My GPA will probably be between 3.0 and 3.3 by the time I graduate (3.26 now but like I said tough schedule incoming). I don’t think I’d want to ruin my life financially by paying for law school with no scholarships, and I will never be eligible for need-based financial aid.
Thanks to anyone who can answer!
